At the selected field, vetted aviation partners handle the aircraft while we coordinate the passenger handover into the onward journey.
Continue
Ground transfer or helicopter onward routing is aligned with the field, the weather and the final residence.
Residence
The final leg ends at the residence door. Passenger and luggage movements remain part of the same arrival file.

Ivalo Airport supports business-jet arrivals. Our Ivalo team coordinates FBO services, customs liaison, ground transfers and helicopter onward routing.
Rovaniemi
A commercial Lapland airport with general-aviation handling. The residence transfer is scoped after the route and final address are known.
Kittilä
A commercial Lapland airport with general-aviation handling. The residence transfer is scoped after the route and final address are known.

What we hold
The joins stay on our side of the desk.
The aircraft is one part of the arrival. We hold the points between ramp, road, onward flight and residence.
Customs liaison
The customs handover is kept inside the movement plan and coordinated with the local handling chain.
Ground movement
Vehicle and driver are aligned with the selected field, the arriving party and the residence.
Onward flight
Helicopter or other onward aviation is coordinated with its ground alternative.
Luggage continuity
Passenger and luggage handoffs stay inside the same route plan.
Weather hold plan
The file carries a hold point and a ground alternative when flying conditions close the onward leg.
Discretion
The page stays general by design.
Partner names, passenger timings and onward addresses belong in the private movement file. We work through vetted aviation partners selected for the route.
